Last time it was Kerry's church at which I spilled a full cup of coffee during the fellowship time...Today I baptised the floor of the Indian Falls fellowship hall with a full cup of coffee. It's a tradition! (It all comes from moving my hands when talking or greeting people.)
We've been meeting the folks in this NY church for over 20 years. It was sure good to see these old friends. We really like Pastor Karen as well. (She's like a kindred spirit.) On very short notice this church invited us to speak, and held a potluck lunch for us. We also attended an adult Sunday School class (as we also did at Kerry's church.) I miss those teaching times when in New Zealand.
Our kids were missed by a few families and asked about.
We decided to take a day off tomorrow, so after lunch we drove further east in New York and are now in a comfy Best Western Hotel just outside of Cooperstown. Tomorrow morning we will go to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Dan is so excited! Be prepared for pictures tomorrow!
