Winding up a visit with lovely, loving people is hard. (And it's been fun having my brother cook dinner for me!)
While I did manage to win at Crazy Rummy once, I was always slaughtered in the video-TV golf game with the boys (Kerry, Drew, and Dan.)
Grandma chauffered us to Marshalltown again. She's got that piece of road memorized. The greatest danger around here is not to fall asleep on those long, straight roads. She says the radio is good for that. (Speaking of Grandma, she's starting to crochet something with soft and wonderful...)
Drew had a visit to the dentist today and found out he's having all his wisdom teeth out on Monday!
Dan helped Marijke put all her piano students on a spreadsheet so that she can keep track of all the lessons and payments, etc. (He really enjoys projects like that!)
We've made a good start getting to know folks here. The whole town is like a great, extended family. Thanks, Conrad!
