We began making phone calls to find the people God has picked out in Pittsburgh to be a part of our ministry. That sentence doesn't sound very awe-inspiring...but think about it. God chose this time to bring us to Pittsburgh... during a "Great Recession." It will truly be a work of God to gain financial ministry partners this time around! How exciting!
We had our 3rd thunder storm since being here. That may not sound exciting to Pittsburghers, but we've been living in a country where that rarely happens. This city puts on shows of light and sound that are powerful and spectacular!
AND...the Pittsburgh Pirates won, after having a losing streak! It was a shut-out. The other team couldn't figure out how to get a hit off the pitcher. And, the pitcher lasted all nine innings! Yahoo!
