The Mairose family arrived this weekend, so along with the Latrobe gang, we've hit Grandpa's house like a storm. We took 5 or 6 carloads (packed to the gills) with stuff for the Good Will, vaccuumed up remnants of Echo (the dog) everywhere, dusted, divided up Grandpa's marbles...
Big jobs tackled together...it makes a hard or impossible task go much faster, and is a lot more fun. (It's starting to look a little emptier in spite of the piles of stuff all around.) Lots of people = emptier house!
One of the "fun finds" has been the old school report cards for the Mills kids. Dan was shocked to find out the his beloved first grade teacher had some rather harsh comments about his behavior in class. ("Doesn't pay attention in class...disturbs those around him...")!!!
